By accessing, registering for, or using the 50100 platform in any way, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use 50100's services.
These terms apply to all users of the platform, including visitors without an account, registered users, and anyone accessing our content or services through any device or web browser. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms will be considered acceptance of those changes.
The 50100 platform operates within the applicable legal framework in Malaysia. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with the local laws in force at their location.
To access the full range of services on the 50100 platform, you are required to register and create a personal account. Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at any given time. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use this platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. 50100 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. If the information provided is found to be false or misleading, your account may be suspended or closed.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. You are accountable for all activity that occurs under your account, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to us via our support email.
50100 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:
Account closure does not automatically cancel any outstanding financial obligations. Positive balances in accounts closed for reasons other than fraud will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.
Users of the 50100 platform agree to use all provided services in a responsible, ethical, and lawful manner. Using the platform for any illegal, deceptive, or harmful purpose is strictly prohibited.

Violations of any of the above rules may result in immediate suspension, account closure, and legal action where necessary.
All financial transactions on the 50100 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform does not accept transactions in foreign currencies, and all amounts will be displayed and processed in MYR.
Deposits to your account can be made via payment methods supported by the platform at the time, including local e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and bank transfers via FPX. Deposit processing times vary depending on the method chosen and may range from a few seconds to several minutes.
Withdrawals from your account are subject to the following conditions:
50100 is not liable for any losses resulting from processing delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers.
The 50100 platform is provided on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free from interruptions or errors, or fully secure from external threats. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
In no event shall 50100's total liability to a user exceed the active account balance held by that user at the time the claim arose.
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the 50100 platform are the exclusive property of 50100 or its authorised licensors. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any platform content without prior written consent.
The 50100 platform may contain links to third-party websites for reference purposes. The presence of such links does not imply that 50100 endorses or is responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those websites. Users access third-party websites at their own risk.
50100 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice to users. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page with an updated effective date. Users are encouraged to check this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be considered as your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the revised terms, please discontinue use of the platform and close your account by contacting our customer support at [email protected].
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the 50100 platform shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
